Depending on the number of KEGs to be handled, 1 and 2 head constructions can be chosen. ZIP KEG machines have a fully programmable operator interface for optimal cleaning flexibility and efficiency. The entire process is automatic, except for the loading of the KEGs onto the working platform. The whole structure, including all of the single parts and pipelines are made of stainless steel with a construction that is easy to maintain.They are capable of handling KEG with any type of fitting according to the customer’s needs. ZIP KEG washers are made with standard, easily replaceable parts that ensure continuous operation.

Combinated KEG cleaning machine with one head. It is equipped with a 50-liter tank for the acid and a 50-liter caustic tank with heating and insulation. This system is capable of cleaning any kind of KEGs. In case of KEGs with average contamination it is capable of cleaning 15-20 pcs of steel KEG/hour. The unit is available in manual and automatic versions as well.
KEG 12/1 AWF
Combinated, automatic and programmable KEG cleaning and filling machine with one head. With this equipment, the user can handle up to 12 pcs of 50-liter KEG per hour. This machine is capable of handling all fitting types, upon request, one-way KEGs also. The whole cleaning and filling cycle is automated, the only manual work is mounting the KEG on the working platform.Optionally, this system can be upgraded with a steam generator for the sanitation of the KEGs by steam.
KEG 24/2 AWF
Automated, programmable KEG cleaning and filling machine with two heads. With this equipment, the user can handle up to 24 pcs of 50-liter KEGs per hour. This machine is capable of handling all fitting types and works with a very low oxygen intake. The whole cleaning and filling cycle is automated, the only manual work is mounting the KEG on the working platform.

Automatic filling machine for One-way KEG barrels of different capacities. It can be adapted to fill KeyKEG Baseline and Slimline types as well.
